    Use Designer to edit or create VCE files.
    Use the Manager to play VCE files.

    How to open VCE Files with Visual CertExam Designer
    Open Visual CertExam Designer
    Click File / Open and locate your VCE file

    Once your file has been loaded, you can start editing the questions.

    How to open Password protected VCE Files

    Using the software i posted
    A) Open Visual CertExam Designer
    B) Go to File / Import
    C)Click Next and Choose: Visual CertExam Suite file (*.VCE)
    D)Browse and locate your file and then click next
    E) Use the below options and click Next

    Hit Import and you are done!

    This works with most of the premium files.

    Does this really work? It doesn't work for me. I tried but it's still asking for password to import.

    Doesn't work with any of the password protected files I receive from my colleagues.

    Try this below link. I am unable to convert to pdf due to this restriction. If it works, then it will be highly helpful for the amount of vce files I receive and access.

    Hey! Doesn't work with the newer versions of .vce files. I tried to edit file from
