Mass extreme you’re thin and trying to get ripped, avoid aerobic exercise like the plague. Why? Take a look at the best marathon athletes in the whole world – they look like a stmass extremef breeze would knock them over. Now take a look at Usain Bolt, the best sprinter in the whole world – a lot of muscular, energy, and an appearance to envy. I have nothing against individuals who run all a lot of projects and like to run marathons/half-marathons – given that you’re effective I’m all for it. I’m just telling you that mass extreme you want to get eye-catching as soon as possible, aerobic exercise is the enemy. I will admit that I’m biased against chronic aerobic exercise, but mostly because it bores me! You can be far more valuable when you concentrated on getting better and only do ‘cardio’ on problems you enjoy – after all, your achievements will largely depend on your nourishment, NOT your cardio! I invest Three times per Weekly
